This is a prank call that the protagonist with a maasai accent take the other person on the call down by pranking based on what is happening within them or based on the current happening in the country.  Could it be on the fight against drugs and alcohol thus a peddler or seller of illicit and prohibited drinks or based on what is happening in the society.
